Look no further than our Long Range Shooting Course designed by myself to make target shooters and deer stalkers more confident to make highly accurate and ethical shots outside of your rifles zero range. To be clear this course isn't designed to enable you to make unethical shots at long ranges, quite the opposite its to give you the skills so when situations arise that are just outside your comfort zone or skill level, you'll have the depth of knowledge to be able to make ethical shots at realistic hunting ranges. This cannot be done without continual professional development, in this case dirt time and range time ie practice, something that is often overlooked. 

The course aims to get you to understand your kit and equipment fully so you can maximize the ability of your scope and rifle with special emphasis on maximizing the effectiveness of your SFP or FFP scopes with whatever reticle type you have. Whether that's a Ballistic drop compensator, a simple hunting hold over reticle using mils or moa or a more complicated Christmas tree reticle for wind and elevation hold overs.

We'll be concentrating on utilizing ballistic data to build range cards and D.O.P.E cards (data of previous engagements) so we can get the most out of your rifles at distances realistic to stalking. We will go out to more extreme ranges (500 yards) to help build confidence whilst really understanding how to adjust your scope accurately and quickly.

Our Long Range Shooting Course is designed for both novice and experienced shooters who want to enhance their  shooting abilities. Whether you are a hunter or recreational shooter looking to increase your skills in the field and expand your skill-set, this course is perfect for you.

During this Course, participants will learn the fundamentals of long range shooting, including proper rifle setups, ballistics, wind reading, and shot placement. You will also have the opportunity to practice shooting from 100-500 yards in a beautiful lowland environment under the guidance of our knowledgeable instructors.

We will also cover and demonstrate reloading, clients will come away from the course having made under close supervision ammunition with myself so you can get a safe, practical and methodical dive into learning the steps, processes and fundamentals of reloading. This isn't a reloading course but an opportunity to see and learn the art of precision reloading your own rounds and a big step up to potentially starting you on your reloading path.

The 4 day workshop will take place in the beautiful countryside of the High Weald, East Sussex , providing the perfect setting for honing your shooting skills in a realistic environment for stalking in the UK. You will have access to our quality equipment if you don't have your own rifle. Our facilities also ensure  a safe and enjoyable learning experience with only 4 clients to maximize training time and ensuring a quality experience.

Phil who'll be running this course has a lineage of using fire Arms from a young age as an army cadet, to a career as a professional soldier in the British Infantry and as a deer stalker for over 10 years. This has given him a unique insight in how to maximize your equipment to its fullest ability with over 30 years of firearms experience and a passion for ethical deer stalking and long range precision to help maintain a healthy ecosystem for people and deer alike. You're in good hands on this exciting course.

This course involves the use of firearms and is subject to the law with regards to who can possess and/or use a firearm. You'll will be asked to make declarations to this end and must ensure you are in a position to do so. This is further explained upon booking via joining instructions.
